We’d venture to guess that when Tojiro Koto built the iconic Koto Building in downtown Twin Falls in 1920, the Japanese immigrant had no idea that a 100 years later, the building would still be a gathering place for people to share a bite, sip a drink and share their stories.

We’d venture to guess that when Tojiro Koto built the iconic Koto Building in downtown Twin Falls in 1920, the Japanese immigrant had no idea that a 100 years later, the building would still be a gathering place for people to share a bite, sip a drink and share their stories.
The Koto family built far more than a building when they laid each brick of the Koto Building. They built a lifestyle of excellent service to their community, an open door was offered for people to gather, to live out the lunches and dinners of their lives with the people that matter most.
We are committed to telling the story of not just the building but our town over a pint or two. From the Twin Falls native brewer to the old High School Gym floors being the table tops, our story is intertwined with the Koto family. It’s a great honor to build upon the foundation they laid for our community.
